Seward Early Childhood Care and Education Committee Meeting
A committee is forming that will represent the needs and concerns of care providers & families with young children, by using marketing tools and public demonstration. It's time to get involved to help advocate and create solutions for our youngest Sewardites.

About Us
Who is Bloom?
Bloom uses the Parents as Teachers curriculum. Parents as Teachers is an evidence based program that is delivered globally. The Bloom Parent Educator has been trained to deliver the Parents as Teachers program to enrolled families.
Your Home Visitor will meet with you twice a month September through May (but you can enroll anytime!). During enrollment you and your home visitor will create an individualized plan for the program year ahead. At the close of each program year you and your home visitor will determine if a transition from the program is necessary or do a re-enrollment for the next program year.
